By ordering from Reese Bake Co, you agree to the terms below.
Orders
All cookies are baked to order in small batches. Placing an order reserves your spot in the upcoming bake. Prices, flavors, and availability can change without notice, and a flavor may sell out before the weekly cutoff.
Changes and cancellations
Need to change or cancel? Contact us before the Saturday 11:59 PM cutoff for that week's bake and we'll do our best. Once baking begins, orders can't be canceled because ingredients and labor are already committed. Because our cookies are perishable food, we don't accept returns.
Allergens
Our cookies are made in a kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. We can't guarantee any item is free from cross-contact. If you have a serious allergy, please reach out before ordering.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping timing, delays, and damaged-package support are covered in our Shipping Policy. Once a package is with the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control.
Gifting and corporate orders
Large and corporate orders require advance notice; availability varies by quantity and needs date. Details and quotes are handled through our Gifts & Corporate page.
